Boy, am I having fun reading my next book. I finished the book Parenting from the Heart by Marilyn Boyer. Now I'm on to Hands-on Character Building. It's like the mother-lode of creative ideas for training your children in different character traits - Obedience, pure heart, service, etc. It give tons of ideas to "saturate" your home and your children's minds with Scripture. The projects are not expensive. Some are crafts (which the kids will LOVE to do and help with), others are like games, and some are question/answer. They even have suggestions of how to do it throughout your day - like at meal time, before naptime, during naptime, before bedtime, when you wake up (from Deut. 6). I think this will be one of the best books I've gotten.
