Trying something new

Hope this blog sight will help you keep in touch more especially about what's going on in the daily happenings of our family.
Today - it snowed. Ella's prayer is answered (she's been asking of us when & praying for God to send a snow storm so she could play in the snow). It hasn't snowed as much as they were originally forecasting, but still enough (about 5 inches?) that the kids could put on their snow gear and have fun in it.
The girls helped me with dishes again today. Ella rinsed and Emmeline dried. I hoping this will become regular having them help with the chore.
Ella & Emmeline learned about the letter Q today. Ella's picking up on some of the phonics of the sounds of beginning of words.
So for the rest of tonight. Listening to Christmas music and addressing envelopes for our year end/Christmas letter with the hopes of mailing them on Monday (with the exception of people we'll see over Christmas).
